What kind of t-shirt and hoodie is used?

Shirt App currently supports Bella Canvas 4.2 oz 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton T-Shirt and Gildan 8.0 oz hoodie.

How do the t-shirts fit?
What is the printing process?

Shirt App designed T-Shirts are printed with OvalJet digital printers, which even fro a single T-Shirt order allows a full range of colors without additional cost. This printing technology also eliminates the use of water and toxic inks from our production process.

How many colors can I print?

Shirt App offers full color printing for every order. Please note that colors may not match the exact color on your screen and may vary slightly.

Can I share my design?

Yes, just take a screenshot! Shirt App recommedns sharing your designs to Instagram by following/tagging @shirtapp #shirtapp

How is the price determined?

Shirt App calculates price based on color of the T-Shirt or Hoodie and if you print on one or two sides. The least expensive option is a one-side printed white garment, and the most expensive is a two-side printed color garment.

How can I use a discount or promo code?

After proceeding to payment and shipping options, you are able to insert the promo code by selecting "order summary". Shipping costs are additional.

What products are available?

Shirt App currently offers T-Shirts and Hoodies withplans to introduce new product categories including long-sleeve T-Shirts and Tank-tops in the near future. Sign up for our email list and follow our Instagram @shirtapp for updates on new products and seasonal promotions!

Do you offer premium T-Shirts?

Does Shirt App offer volume or "bulk" discounts?

Bulk order discounts apply to your final order cost automatically with the following quantities:

Can I design on the sleeves of a T-Shirt?

Unfortunately, at this time Shirt App does not offer this capability.

Can I get the same design on multiple color T-Shirts?

Yes, simply click the T-Shirt icon locaed at the bottom center of your display, load the design you want multiple colors of and adjust the T-Shirt color. (iOS only)

What happens if my design includes a low-resolution image?

Shirt App strongly encourages the use of high resolution images, 300dpi to achieve a high quality print.

How large can my design by printed?

T-Shirts have a max print area of 15 inches wide by 19 inches tall. Hoodies have a max print area of 15 inches wide by 14 inches tall.

Does Shirt App accept PNG images?

Yes, PNG images are our preffered file type.

Does Shirt App accept animated GIFs?

Unfortunately, Shirt App is unable to print animated GIFs at this time.

How do I make sure my design is centered and/or not crooked?

After selecting your design, tap the top icons located at the top of your display to horizontally center and straighten the design.

How can I get help with my design?

Don't worry, just let your creativity go! You can do it! Feel free to experiment with our collection of pre-loaded designs by opening the camera roll and selecting "stickers"

How many T-Shirts or Hoodies can I order?

As many as you like provided the Terms of Use are adhered to. We require no minimums to order!

Will the final print look just like my preview?

The physical version of your T-Shirt or Hoodie will be printed as close to the digital version as possible, but size of print and color may vary slightly due to the printing process.

Does Shirt App look at my artwork before printing with respect to the design?

Not typically, unless Shirt App determines that our Terms of Use were being violated.

If I spell something wrong will Shirt App correct the design?

Unfortunately, because orders are often printed shortly after receipt, changes are unable to be made. Please, be careful to review your final submitted design.

Will my design be printed if I use derogatory or offensive content?

While typically, Shirt App does not review orders, Shirt App has the right to deny (or cancel) any items that may be deemed offensive or politically incorrect.

Will the design on my T-Shirt or Hoodie wash away?

No, except for normal wear and tear. Shirt App designed T-Shirts and Hoodies are printed using OvalJet digital printers using state-of-the-art technology.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Shirt App accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Can my order be shipped to my country?

Shirt App interfaces internationally to all countries serviced by DHL

What if I want to change my design after the order is made?

Unfortunately, because orders are often printed shortly after receipt, changes are unable to be made. Please, be careful to review your final design.

How quickly will my order be printed and what are the shipping options?

All Shirt App orders are typically printed in 24 hours. Shirt App offers standard shipping rates as well as expedited rates. Our domestic shipping options are as follows:

DHL Standard: 4-8 business days

UPS 2-day Air: 2 business days

UPS 3-day Air: 3 buisness days by End of Day

UPS Next-day Air: next business day

International order will be shipped by DHL, but only to countries which they serve.

Upon customer receipt of tracking number from Shirt App, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery times of package. If there are delays, please handle with carrier directly and let us know by emailing contact@shirtapp.com

Shirt App does NOT guarantee shipping times.

How can I track my order?

You will recveive a confirmation email upon placing your order. Once your T-Shirt or Hoodie is printed and packaged, you will then receive a second email that includes a tracking number, so you can follow the delivery status of the package.

Is it normal for my T-Shirt or Hoodie to smell?

Yes, for non-white garments. The printing process requires the use of a pre-treatment to ensure the artwork that appears is ontop of the fabric. Because we use 100% waterproof inks; there may be a slight earthy odor. Easy to fix: put the garment in the dryer on low for 5 minutes with a scented dryer sheet, or after your complete the first wash, the odor will be completely gone.

How do I care for my Shirt App product?

For best results, we suggest machine washing your T-Shirt or Hoodie without the use of bleach. Light colors should be washed in warm water, while dark colors should be washed in cold water.
Shirt App recommends air drying or low heat machine drying your T-Shirt or Hoodie for the best results. Slight shrinkage could still occur.
If you choose to iron your T-Shirt or Hoodie, we highly suggest ironing the garment inside-out in order to not damage the graphic.

What is your return policy?

Returns: because the T-Shirts and Hoodies are customized, our retunr criteria is very stringent. Shirt App will accept returns and offer exchanges for material quality defects only. Our return policy allows for refunds within 7 days after the shipping carrier delivers your order. After which, we do not offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must materially differ in physical appearance than the digital rendering, discluding resolution, color, size or brightness issues of your print. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. To complete your return, we require original receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email us at contact@shirtapp.com prior to shipping with order number and photos of the T-Shirt or Hoodie in question. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Please use standard shipping to minimize shipping costs. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless Shirt App determines that a refund is approved as stated above. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned print.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account, or contact your credit card company as often some processing time is required before your refund is officially posted. If you haven't received your refund in 10 business days, please email us at contact@shirtapp.com

How is the price determined?

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
